Vendors and Exhibits

windows.JPGThe North Country Sustainable Energy Fair has a large Exhibit Hall and many other exhibit spaces all over and outside the Campus Center in the Plaza under tents. Whether it’s solar panels and installers, super efficient windows, natural insulation, energy conservation, green building, woodlot management, local food, geothermal heat pumps, biodiesel heating fuel, grass pelleting, info on Peak Oil or just new ideas and inspiration visitors are after, they can find it and much more in our Exhibit Hall. We urge fairgoers to spend a good portion of their time at the Energy Fair making the rounds of our vendors.

INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS AND VENDORS

The Fair offers energy and environmental companies of all kinds, green builders,  state agencies and not-for-profit organizations an opportunity to provide information directly to the public and meet thousands of interested people and potential clients. There is a minimal $35 fee for exhibiting and non-profits are sliding scale from $20 to free.

We are already taking reservations. To reserve an 8′ table for the 2008 Fair, please call Community Energy Services at 315-379-9466 or email patricia@ncenergy.org We will need to know the following: company or organization name, what services you provide, contact person, address, email and phone. We also need to know any special needs you have such as electricity, being outside (we do have tents) space by a wall or more space than one 8′ table.

Our set up times at present are Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. (There is talk at this point of having a two-day Saturday and Sunday fair.) A parking lot is reserved for vendors right outside the Exhibit Hall and there will be volunteers available to help you both during set up and during the Fair. There is a hospitality room provided with free food, rest and quiet for our vendors and speakers.
